When contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email), personal data is collected. The data collected in the case of a contact form is evident from the respective form. This data is used solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or for contact purposes and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If your contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING
6.1 Subscription to our Email Newsletter
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only required information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for the dispatch of the newsletter. This means that we will only send you a newsletter email after you have explicitly confirmed that you consent to the receipt of the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm by clicking on a corresponding link that you wish to receive newsletters.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. When subscribing to the newsletter, we store the IP address entered by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of the subscription, in order to trace any misuse of your email address at a later time. The data we collect when you subscribe to the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of advertising communication via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the responsible party mentioned above. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately removed from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to further use your data in a manner legally permitted, which we inform you about in this statement.
6.2 Sending the Email Newsletter to Existing Customers
If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range by email. No separate consent is required for this.
7) DATA PROCESSING FOR ORDER PROCESSING
7.1 The personal data we collect will be passed on to the transport company entrusted with the delivery, to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. Your payment data will be forwarded to the bank responsible for processing payments, where necessary. If payment service providers are used, we will inform you about them explicitly below. The legal basis for the data transfer is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7.2 Use of Payment Service Providers (Payment Service Providers)
-
PayPal
When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payments" via PayPal, we will forward your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereafter referred to as "PayPal"). This data transfer is done in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.
PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check for payment methods such as credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payments" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on PayPal's legitimate interest in assessing your creditworthiness. The result of the credit check, which calculates the statistical probability of payment default, is used by PayPal to decide whether to offer the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are used in the credit report result, these are based on scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedures. The calculation of score values includes, but is not limited to, address data. Further privacy-related information, including the credit agencies used, can be found in PayPal's privacy policy: PayPal Privacy Policy.
You can object to this data processing at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may still process your personal data if required for contractual payment processing.

SOFORT
If the payment method "SOFORT" is selected, the payment processing is carried out by the payment service provider SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany (hereafter "SOFORT"), to whom we will pass on the information you provided during the ordering process, including details of your order, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. SOFORT GmbH is part of the Klarna Group (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm, Sweden). The transfer of your data is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with SOFORT, and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. Further information on SOFORT's data protection practices can be found here: SOFORT Data Privacy.
8) CONTACT FOR REVIEW REMINDERS
Own review reminder (not sent through a customer review system)
We use your email address to send a one-time reminder to submit a review of your order for the review system we use, provided you gave us explicit consent during or after your order in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to the responsible party for data processing.

10) ONLINE MARKETING
10.1 DoubleClick by Google
This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick").
DoubleClick uses cookies to serve relevant ads to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent the same user from seeing the same ad multiple times.
DoubleClick by Google
This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick").
DoubleClick uses cookies to serve ads that are relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports, and prevent users from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google collects information via a cookie ID, which tracks which ads are shown in which browser and can prevent them from being shown repeatedly. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in optimally marketing our website under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Additionally, DoubleClick may track so-called conversions through cookie IDs that relate to ad requests. For example, this happens when a user views a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website and makes a purchase. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's servers. We have no control over the scope or further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and inform you based on our current knowledge: By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have visited the relevant part of our website or clicked on an ad. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or logged in, it is possible that the provider may retrieve and store your IP address.
If you wish to opt-out of this tracking, you can disable conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, or you can visit Google Ads Settings. However, this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies. Alternatively, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance website at www.aboutads.info to learn more about cookies and set your preferences. Finally, you can set your browser to inform you when cookies are being set and decide individually whether to accept them, or exclude certain cookies or all cookies. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield Agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
Further information about DoubleClick by Google's privacy policy can be found here: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
10.2 Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, within the scope of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking service by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising (so-called Google AdWords) on external websites. We can measure the success of individual advertising measures in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. The goal is to show you ads that are of interest to you, make our website more appealing to you, and fairly calculate advertising costs.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google AdWords ad. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer system. These cookies generally expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify you. If the user visits specific pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across AdWords customers’ websites. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers will be informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would allow the personal identification of users. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can block the Google Conversion Tracking cookie by adjusting your browser settings to disable cookies from Google’s domain or visit Google Ads Settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google AdWords due to our legitimate interest in targeted advertising, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield Agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
For further information about Google’s privacy policy, visit: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
You can permanently deactivate cookies for ad preferences by preventing them through your browser software settings or by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de.
Please note that certain functions of this website may not be available or may be restricted if you deactivate the use of cookies.
Facebook Advertising and Data Collection
Users who have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad may have their activity tracked. This process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes, and can help optimise future advertising efforts.
The data collected is anonymised, meaning it does not provide us with information that could identify the users. However, Facebook stores and processes the data, which means it can potentially link it to individual user profiles, and Facebook may use this data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with its Data Use Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).
You can enable Facebook and its partners to display advertisements both on and off Facebook. In some cases, a cookie may be stored on your computer for this purpose. This processing will only occur if explicit consent is given in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a of the GDPR. Consent for the use of the Facebook Pixel can only be given by users aged 13 or older. If you are younger, we ask that you seek permission from your parents or guardians.
Facebook Inc., based in the United States, is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, ensuring compliance with the data protection standards applicable in the EU.
To disable cookies on your computer, you can configure your internet browser to prevent cookies from being stored or delete existing cookies. However, disabling all cookies may result in some features of our website not functioning properly. You can also disable the use of third-party cookies, such as those from Facebook, on the Digital Advertising Alliance's website: https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.
Google AdWords Remarketing
Our website uses Google AdWords Remarketing, allowing us to advertise our website in Google search results as well as on third-party websites. The service provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). To this end, Google places a cookie in your browser, which enables interest-based advertising through a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you have visited. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in optimally marketing our website according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR.
Further data processing only occurs if you have agreed to link your internet and app browsing history with your Google account, and use information from your Google account to personalise ads you see on the web. If you're logged in to Google during your visit to our website, Google will use your data alongside Google Analytics data to create and define remarketing lists across devices. In such cases, your personal data will temporarily be linked to Google Analytics data to form audiences.
You can permanently disable the setting of cookies for ad preferences by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/. Alternatively, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance's website at www.aboutads.info to learn about and set cookie preferences.
If you choose not to accept cookies, some functionalities of our website may be limited. Google LLC, based in the United States, is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, ensuring compliance with EU data protection standards.
